By accessing or using VoidSwap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VoidSwap is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange interface. We facilitate swap transactions between supported digital assets. We do not hold, custody, or control your funds at any point during or after a swap.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency exchange is prohibited. By using this Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. No KYC / No Registration

VoidSwap does not require account registration or identity verification. However, we reserve the right to block transactions we reasonably suspect involve illicit activity, sanctions violations, or fraud.

5. Transaction Finality

All cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Once a swap is initiated and funds sent, VoidSwap cannot reverse or cancel the transaction. Always verify receiving addresses before sending.

6. Fees

Exchange rates displayed include applicable network and service fees. The rate shown at confirmation is the rate applied to your swap. Rates may fluctuate; VoidSwap is not responsible for market movements after a swap is initiated.

7. Refund Policy

If a swap fails due to a technical error on our end, funds will be returned to the refund address you provided. Refunds may take up to 72 hours to process. VoidSwap is not liable for losses due to network congestion, incorrect addresses entered by the user, or exchange failures.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use VoidSwap to launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or conduct any illegal activity. Violation will result in immediate blocking and reporting to relevant authorities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, swap execution times, or specific exchange rates. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable.

10. Limitation of Liability

VoidSwap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost funds, missed market opportunities, or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

VoidSwap is built with privacy as a core principle. We collect the absolute minimum data necessary to operate the Service and will never sell or share your information.

2. What We Collect

We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or identity documents. During a swap, we process:

• Cryptocurrency wallet addresses you provide (receiving and refund)
• Transaction amounts and coin pairs
• Timestamps of swap activity

This data is processed solely to execute your swap.

3. No Account, No Tracking

VoidSwap requires no registration. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or build user profiles of any kind.

4. Recent Swaps Feed

Completed swaps may appear in the public "Recent Swaps" feed showing coin pair and approximate USD value only. No wallet addresses or identifying information is ever displayed publicly.

5. Blockchain Transparency

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. VoidSwap has no control over blockchain-level transparency. If you require maximum on-chain privacy, consider using Monero (XMR).

6. Data Retention

Anonymized swap records are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically purged. We do not retain any data beyond what is needed to operate the Service.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for all communications. No wallet credentials are stored on our servers. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet addresses.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
